Buzz (Richard Denning), llega buscando trabajo a una petrolera y es contratado por Reno (Carleton Young). Buzz se siente atraído inmediatamente por Terry (Marie Windsor), la esposa de su jefe. Cuando Reno es asesinado, Terry compite con la hermana del difunto, para quedarse con la petrolera y Buzz intentará buscar al culpable del crimen.
